The Admin screen allows site operators to:
Create new tournaments
Cancel tournaments
Start game play
Complete tournaments
Multiple tournaments can be scheduled and played sequentially or concurrently at a site.
Prior to the state of game play, the Status screen provides the operator with:
A list of players that have joined the tournament.
A list of payouts assuming a full field of players.
The Status screen provides the operator with:
The status of the tournament.
A list of games in progress
A list of finished games.
Operators create tournaments by filling out a tournament creation form. The following parameters can be set:
8 Ball Break (% of entry fees)
Break and Run (% of entry fees)
Sweep (% of entry fees)
Winning Team ($ - Must be >= Entry Fee)
Entry Fee ($)
Site Contribution ($ per game played)
Max Field Size (max # of players)
Max Player Rating (optional - max TopGun rating)
Available Tables (assigned tables)
Enable Jackpot (option jackpot play)
Optionally, the form allows operators to save parameter values as site defaults.
The Teams screen provides the operator with the team member names, ratings and the number of points scored in the current tournament.
When players pay the operator their tournament fee, the operator uses the Tickets screen to record the payment.
The operator uses the Payouts screen to disburse payouts to players.
